Introduction
To monitor and analyze the activity of a Toshiba MFP, it is sometimes necessary to retrieve Print, Scan, and Message logs. These logs are then utilized by Gespage Toshiba to provide precise job tracking and centralized activity management. Exporting via TopAccess in administrator mode allows obtaining these files efficiently and reliably.

Steps to Retrieve the Logs
Access TopAccess
Open a web browser and log in to the MFP’s TopAccess interface using an administrator account.Navigate to Log Export
In the main menu, click on the [Log Export] tab.Select the Log Types to Export
Choose only [Print], [Scan], and [Messages], then select the desired format: CSV or XML.Generate the File
Click on [Create New File] to start the export. The generated file will include all entries for the selected log types.Use the Exported File
The exported files are used by Gespage Toshiba to analyze and centralize job data. They can also be opened in a spreadsheet for local review or additional processing.
Features and Limitations
Up to 5,000 entries exportable per log type (Print, Scan).
Up to 10,000 entries for Messages.
Export includes metadata: user, date, operation type, etc.
Administrator access is required.
Generated files can be deleted after use if needed.
