Problem with scan to mail that working only with card login
If Single Signe On setting is enable to scan to mail, this functionality will work only after a card login, but don't with a login with username and password.
To allow to use scan to mal also after a login with username and password, you should disable htis setting.
It can be done through "Single Sign On Setting" menu under the tab Administration\Security:
