First Step

First, access the machine's web user interface and log in as an administrator. Then, go to Administration > Network > VNC Settings. Next, enable the VNC function and optionally set a password.

Second Step

Finally, open Real VNC Viewer and enter the copier's IP address (you will be prompted to enter the password if one was set earlier).
