Admin page: setting up access restrictions

Access rights to the administration page are granted via user groups in Gespage


The first step is to create a group containing the users to whom you wish to grant access.






You then need to give the group a name, and add users to it. Note that these groups can come from your domain controller, which can simplify rights management by basing them on those defined in your AD.





Next, we'll go to the Configuration / Add access rights menu:



We then select our user group, and select the possible actions for this user group.


If the Administrator checkbox is ticked, then people in the group will be able to log in with their login and admin access to Gespage:
