eTerminal KM: update manuel from v9.1 to v9.2

Contexte:


Gespage eTerminal for Konica Minota is upgrading from Gespage version 9.1 to version 9.2.


This means that before upgrading, it is necessary to ensure the compatibility of your Konica Minolta equipment with the requirements of version 9.2:

  • copiers must be Open API v4.0 or higher
  • be compatible with Web browser v4.9 or higher.


Gespage server update:


In order to update the eTerminal Gespage for Konica Minolta from version 9.1 to version 9.2 of Gespage, it is necessary to follow the following steps:


  • Make a backup of the Gespage database
  • uninstall Gespage v9.1
  • install Gespage v9.2 and import the database backup


You need to follow these steps to update the security keys used for exchanges with the new version of eTerminal.

If you try to push an existing eTerminal in v9.1 from Gespage version 9.2, you will get the following error:






The procedure:


To resolve this error, follow the steps below:


First, log on to the copier's administration page to delete the authentication via the relay server:



Then, using the Konica Minolta OpenAPI Application Manager tool, add your equipment and connect to it by double-clicking on the address of your copier:



In the list of applications, delete the installed applications:



You can then return to your Gespage administration page to successfully publish the new version of the Gespage eTerminal:
