Action for suspended jobs

You can modify this behavior of yours SHARP from the admin interface of Gespage.

Several choices are available to you:

Continue with the next step:
printing or copying continues to be output even if the user reaches his quota limit

Stop :

printing or copying is stopped immediately, but is kept in the machine cache.

Stop after current work is completed :

Printing or copying is stopped after the current job is finished.

Delete :
Same as "Stop" but does not cache anything.

Delete after current job is finished :

Same as "Stop after current job finishes" but all subsequent print jobs started in this session will be deleted and not cached.

Please note that all subsequent print jobs on this session will be deleted and not cached:
Cached jobs are then visible on the copier and can be released afterwards, so this is potentially a security breach.
