Activating SSL communication between a Gespage Server and a Toshiba e-terminal

Configurating this takes 3 steps:

- Export self-signed certificate from the Toshiba to import it on the server
- Import the certificat (cert_s1as.cer) found on the server, into the Toshiba MFP
- Configurating and pushing the e-terminal in Gespage

Export self-signed certificate from the Toshiba to import it on the server

You will first need to connect on your Toshiba MFP and head to Administration/Security/Certificate Management.

There, you can export the certificate:

This certificate now needs to be integrated in the certificate store of the Gespage Server (storage must be "Local Machine")

Import the certificat (cert_s1as.cer) found on the server, into the Toshiba MFP

The next step consists in importing the certificate (cert_s1as.cer) that can be found in C:\Program Files\Gespage\GespageCore\server\config into the MFP using the web interface of the MFP (Administration/Security/Certificate Management).

Configurating and pushing the e-terminal in Gespage

Last step, make sure to activate SSL mode on Gespage's admin interface (Printers / Terminals / General configuration / eTerminal / Toshiba).

A reboot of the MFP is necessary for the changes to occur. If nothing went wrong, this error message should not appear.
